Vitamin B complex, diclofenac sodium.
Each enteric-coated tablet contains diclofenac sodium 50 mg, thiamine nitrate 50 mg, pyridoxol HCl 50 mg, vitamin B12 1 mg.
Relief of moderate to severe pain associated with neuritis and/or neuralgia.
3 tab daily.
Administration: Neurofenac Plus tablet is preferably taken after meals. It should be swallowed whole and avoid the tablet from being chewed or crushed.
Polycythemia vera, early stages of Leber's disease, gastroduodenal/peptic ulcer; patients in whom episodes of bronchial asthma, urticaria or rhinitis are triggered by aspirin or its derivatives.
Dehydrated patients; kidney, liver and heart function disturbances, gastrointestinal ulcer or bleeding.
Use in pregnancy & lactation: Neurofenac Plus should be used with caution on pregnant women or breastfeeding mother.
Use in children: Neurofenac Plus is not recommended on children.
Use in the elderly: Neurofenac Plus is not recommended on elderly patients.

Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dyspepsia, flatulence, anorexia, water retention; dizziness, confusion, headache, fatigue.
Levodopa, phenobarbital, phenytoin, cycloserine, hydralazine, penicillamine, cyclosporin. Reduced vitamin B12 absorption by co-administration of aminoglycoside, colchicines, prolonged-release potassium-based products, aminosalicylic acid, anticonvulsants, cobalt, alcohol and ascorbic acid; prednisone; chloramphenicol. Plasma elevations of lithium-based products, digoxin, methotrexate and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
